Team 1836 Kicking butt in a graciously professional manner!
OUR PRESENT: REBOUND RUMBLE
On Saturday January 21, 2012, Milken Community High School and Beverly Hills High School partnered for the third annual “Kicking for a Common Goal” event. The fundraiser included two soccer games, a varsity girl and a varsity boy game, a silent auction, and various food and beverage stands. Milken was raising money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Beverly was raising money for cancer through the Concern Foundation. Over $12,000 dollars was raised. The Milken Knights (Milken’s robotics team) and MorTorq (Beverly’s robotics team) were vital members in the evening’s success, helping man the various concessions stands and running the silent auction. Keep checking back to see more ways the Milken Knights are helping their community this season.
